Atlantic City (NJ) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated will be hosting a private reception at the Noyes Arts Garage for their upcoming exhibition. The reception will be held on February 8th, from 4 pm - 8 pm. During this time, the Noyes Arts Garage will be closed to the public.
