Create colors with us! Stockton students and the outside community are welcome to attend this Natural Dyes workshop led by Noyes Museum staff. Noyes staff will provide information about each natural dye used, a tutorial for creating the dye bath, material list, and references to other artwork or fine craft featuring the dye used before participants are welcome to experiment with dyeing techniques.

All supplies are provided.

Free monthly workshops are held as part of the “Natural Dyes Club” series at the Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University. Each month focuses on a different dyestuff or natural dye technique. In October, we are hosting a bonus program with the Stockton Art Gallery.

This program is in connection to the Stockton Art Gallery's "Indigenous Approaches, Sustainable Futures" installed now through November 10, and the Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University's upcoming exhibition: "Still Here! The Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape and Powhatan-Renape Nations of Southern New Jersey : October 9, 2024 through February 2, 2025".
