Stockton's Hip Hop Class is hosting a Hip Hop Block Party on Friday, April 24, from 12:30 to 4:30 PM. The event will take place at O'Donnell Park in Atlantic City. The Noyes Museum of Art of Stockton University is hosting an art “make & take” activity during the event with artist Heather Hires!
