New Jersey Monuments to Migration and Labor Flagship 3: Setting Sail

  • Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University 2200 Fairmount Avenue Atlantic City, NJ, 08401 United States (map)

Join us for the final Flagship gathering as Oni presents a revised design for the mobile monument, shaped by community input from earlier events. Together, we’ll reflect on how the design honors migration and labor histories while remaining safe, accessible, and adaptable across South Jersey. The event also marks a collective send-off, outlining next steps toward activation and shared stewardship. This event is free, open to the public and funded through the NJ Monuments to Migration and Labor, a Mellon Foundation Monuments Project initiative. Dinner will be provided for participants.

Dinner to be served at 5:30PM. Program to begin promptly at 6:00PM.

The Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University located at 2200 Fairmount Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.

Parking rates vary by hour in the connected WAVE Garage, pay directly at kiosk upon departure. Alternatively, there is free street parking on Mississippi or Arctic Avenues in the Ducktown neighborhood.
